HONEY, ROSEMARY AND ORANGE ZEST

This is very rich, in a great way, both in flavour and texture. You know when you couldn’t sleep at night, and your parents would give you hot milk and honey? This is that, but more grownup. The orange zest and rosemary make it a bit spicy, and the balance is great. Because of the Jersey milk it’s very creamy, and that creaminess coats your mouth with all of those things. It reminds me of my childhood.

BASIL AND CHILI

It almost makes me think of pizza. Like a basil pizza with mozzarella cheese. I thought it would taste strange, but it goes really well together. The spice is a great kick, I can still feel it in my throat. Like when you get really spicy Indian food, and it leaves that burning feeling. But it’s milky, not a sorbet, so it makes it very mellow. This could almost be a starter dish. It’s very summery.

MALDON SEA SALTED CARAMEL

Tastes like Werther’s Original. It’s got that caramel texture with a bit of salt. You’d have this on a special day out. You could even eat this on a cold night, in winter.

AMARENA WITH AMARETTI BISCUITS

This is so good. It’s like really good cherry jam. The biscuits give it a nutty, creamy, almondy note. It’s not too sweet, it’s got everything that you want - cream, biscuits, fruit. It’s a perfectly made ice cream. It’s almost like a big ice cream Sunday you’d be eating at a pool with friends. It tastes old-scoop and traditional.

This is a knockout. I’ve been in a boxing match, and I lost. This is sweet with a little bit of sour. The biscuit is like honeycomb, texture-wise. It’s like a cherry cake. A creamy cake with a cherry on top. Ahh it’s so good! It’s like a kick-ass warrior ice cream. I get a happy feeling eating this. I think of sunshine and spending the day with friends.

SNICKERS

It’s snickers but without the crunch. It’s got the peanuts, the caramel, all of it. The chocolate flakes are very nice, they taste like a Snickers. But I wish it had the texture of nuts, not just the taste. Flavour-wise, this is bang on. It’s very kid-friendly. This would be amazing on top of a brownie or a peanut brittle. Or if you had this at a drive-in cinema.

NOCCIOLA

Ooooch! So good! So good. It’s creamy chocolate praline. This is like a dessert – you don’t need a cake, you just need a big scoop of this, nothing else. If you like nutty ice creams, this is the ultimate one. It’s a bit like Nutella, but a million times better. Squirrels would love this. They should come in here for winter. They’d raid this place like a bank. It’s an all-season ice cream

DARK CHOCOLATE SORBET WITH CHILI

This is a million times better than the first chocolate sorbet we had. It’s perfectly blended. It tastes so creamy. The chili really lifts it. I can’t believe there isn’t any milk in this. The chili is very subtle, it’s at the back of your throat, right at the top. I’ve never had a chocolate sorbet this good. It’s a city-dwelling ice cream.

This has such a kick to it. I agree, it’s much better than the other one – that one felt separated, this one makes sense in my mouth, the chocolate doesn’t feel like it needs cream added to it. This is like a slow but steady kick. It creeps up on you, and then, bang!

ALPHONSO MANGO SORBET

Wooooah. This is better than eating a mango. It’s without all the hassle. I’s like eating the best mango, ever. I feel like I’m sitting on a tropical beach. Palm trees, happiness and hammocks. It’s a bit creamy, too, which is unexpected with a sorbet. It’s not sweet. It really just tastes like a nut. You could have this all day every day.

PISTACHIO SORBET

How can this be so fresh? How can they make it taste like this? How is there no dairy in this? It’s mouth-watering. I would have never expected it to be like this. And it’s so light. It’s crisp. This is ridiculous.

Unbelievable. You can feel it right at the back of your mouth. It’s pistachio to a t. It’s not watery, it’s full of flavour. This is even more nutty than the hazelnut. You know right in the middle of the pistachio, that creaminess? This is that. You’d eat this on a cool day. Like on a pier, at a windy beach.

Oh my God. Oh my God. This has a summer vibe, in a car, top down, great music, driving along. If this was on a stick, it’d be ridiculous. You’d get addicted.
